Submission & Service Terms
- One Letter per Day: We process one task per student every 24 hours to ensure fairness and quality.
- Operating Days: Submissions accepted from Friday to Tuesday only. Service is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Tuesday Deadline: Weekly cut-off is 09:00 PM EU Time. Any Tuesday tasks sent after this will be reviewed on Friday.
- Support by Email: You’ll receive full submission instructions after payment. Please wait for your welcome email before sending tasks.
- Need Case Notes? No problem – email us or access them through our community if needed.
- Credit Validity: All purchases are valid for 180 days. Please note that unused credits are non-refundable.
