- Operating Days: Our team processes letters from Friday to Tuesday. Submissions are not accepted on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Tuesday Deadline: The final submission time each week is Tuesday at 09:00 PM EU Time. Submissions after this are held until Friday.
- Support by Email: Full submission instructions will be sent to your email after purchase. Please wait for this before sending any tasks.
- Need Case Notes? No problem – simply request them via email or through the community group.
- Credit Validity: All corrections must be submitted within 180 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for unused credits.
