Submission & Service Terms
- Submit One Letter Per Day: We allow one writing task per 24-hour period to ensure high-quality corrections.
- Operating Days: Submissions are accepted Friday to Tuesday. We are closed Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Tuesday Deadline: Final weekly cut-off is 09:00 PM EU Time. Letters received after this are queued for Friday.
- Support by Email: You’ll receive a welcome message with submission instructions after purchase. Please wait before sending any tasks.
- Case Notes Available: If you need sample case notes, simply email us or request access inside the community.
- Credit Validity: Valid for 180 days from purchase. Unused credits are non-refundable.
