Submission & Service Terms
- One Letter per Day: Limit of one submission every 24 hours per student for quality assurance.
- Operating Days: Corrections are processed from Friday to Tuesday. Closed Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Tuesday Deadline: The last submission each week must be received by 09:00 PM EU Time on Tuesday.
- Support by Email: After purchase, you will receive full submission instructions via email. Please wait for this before sending your first task.
- Need Case Notes? Just email us or request them via our community group if needed.
- Credit Validity: All credits must be used within 180 days of purchase. No partial or full refunds are issued for unused letters.
